Fly High Festival 2025 – Bigger Skies, Same Heart

Updated: Dec 17, 2025

Fly High Festival 2025 was one for the books. Louder, busier, and higher-flying than ever before – yet somehow still unmistakably Fly High. Bigger skies, bigger crowds, and bigger plans, but with the same familiar feel that makes this festival what it is.

This year the airspace was busier than ever, with more aircraft than we’ve had at any previous Fly High. From the first rumble overhead to the final fly-past, the planes stopped people mid-sentence, pint in hand, necks craned skyward. It’s that mix of aviation magic and laid-back beer festival atmosphere that makes Fly High so special – and 2025 absolutely delivered.

On the ground, the festival really came into its own. We were proud to welcome more local producers, artists, and traders than ever before, each adding their own personality to the weekend. Despite the growth, the festival never lost its soul – it stayed friendly, relaxed, and rooted in supporting the brilliant people and businesses around us. Great beer was poured all weekend (ours and our friends’), incredible food kept everyone fuelled, and live music and art gave the whole site a proper buzz.

What truly made Fly High Festival 2025 outstanding was the people behind it. Our volunteers went above and beyond, keeping everything running smoothly with smiles on their faces from start to finish. Our sponsors helped make the whole thing possible, and their support means more than we can properly put into words. And of course, a massive thank you to everyone who came along – whether you stayed all weekend or just popped in for a pint and a look at the planes.

Fly High is growing, and we’re incredibly proud of that – but we’re even prouder that it’s growing the right way. Still humble, still welcoming, still local at heart. Same festival, just with a bit more sky above us.
