Delivery Policy

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–4 business days. Please note that this inbox is monitored Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at £10.00 for standard packages to mainland UK. Additional shipping charges apply to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to pick and pack orders within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be extended. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes — we use a courier service that works with multiple delivery companies. Once your order has left Tindall Brewery, you will receive tracking information directly from the delivery company handling your shipment.

​

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on tindallbrewery@outlook.com

Alternatively, you can contact the delivery company directly and provide them with your tracking number.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes. If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave a calling card. You can contact them to rearrange delivery or arrange collection from your local depot.

Please note that Tindall Brewery cannot accept responsibility for delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the parcel.

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Unfortunately, this is not something our system allows us to do.

Can I change my delivery details?

Yes, you can change your delivery details by emailing us promptly on: tindallbrewery@outlook.com, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: Tindall Brewery cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.

Barrels of Beer Delivery

We are pleased to offer delivery of barrels of beer using our own drivers or couriers. Please note the following:

​

  • Availability: Barrel deliveries are only available in select areas. Availability will be confirmed when you place your order.

  • Cost: Delivery charges for barrels vary based on location and quantity. Exact fees will be provided at checkout or upon request.

  • Scheduling: Barrel deliveries are scheduled in advance. Our team will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery date and time.

  • Handling: Our drivers ensure safe transport of barrels. Please ensure there is clear access for delivery.

  • Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, we will endeavour to leave the delivery in a safe space.


 

Terms Acceptance & Liability

By placing an order with Tindall Brewery, you confirm that you have read and agree to our delivery policy and terms and conditions.

By accepting delivery of your order, you acknowledge that the goods have been received in full and in good condition, and you agree to be fully liable for payment. Failure to accept or pay for an order may result in legal action to recover costs.
