A Collaboration between Chet Valley Vineyard and Tindall Brewery, testing the boundaries of wine and beer. Brewed with With Hallertau Blanc Hops and Pinot Noir Grapes from Chet Valley Vineyard, then finished on there Champagne Yeast for a delicate Rose' hue and Elegant dry finish.
